I am very excited about Verge: The National Missional Community Conference coming up in February in Austin, TX. Main session speakers include a unique diversity of speakers including: Francis Chan, Matt Carter, Alan Hirsch, Dave Ferguson, Ed Stetzer, Dave Gibbons, Jeff Vanderstelt and more. There are tons of great breakouts with these speakers and others as well. I will be leading a breakout session and panel on Orphan care. Here is a description:
Gospel movements are about the heart of God to see His name made famous, which includes care for the alien, orphan and widow. We will explore more deeply how you can engage the global orphan care crisis, and how movements of the gospel are essential to justice for the orphan.
